All of our apples are either in the cooler or already fermenting nicely. From tree to bottle takes anywhere from two to six months or more, depending on the style. We expect to be releasing the first of the 2015 vintage in the next few weeks. We hope to have all three main styles available by January with Root River being the first out the door very soon. Our cyders are made using only apples we grow at the orchard, and will vary from batch to batch. But with the highest quality ingredients and the best recipes, like a fine wine, we hope you'll appreciate the variability from year to year. And we will always keep striving for the highest quality. Otherwise, what is point of creating?
Thanks for your support and getting us through our first (fiscal) year. It hasn't been easy, but after weathering the usual first year twists and unexpected complications, we managed to pull it off.
