We've come a long way in just a few months. Fermentation started early in the harvest season and has brought us to January 2015 when the first juice has finished nicely. Later blended with our organic raspberry juice to produce a beautifully rose colored, tart, floral, fruity and slightly sweet cider. Kegs are set to roll out the door with bottles not too far behind.

The 2014 harvest is in the cooler. We will have plenty of apples this year to press. Now we get the tanks bubbling and hunker down for winter. It's a good thing cyder goes great by the fire.
